Inspired by figures carved in stone- this pulled me into a world of painting texture and fabric. This painting plays with the tension between softness and solidarity, fragility and permanence. 
 
I fell in love with creating two pieces that come together to form one, a wall statement to stop and stare.
Featuring a muted, monotone colour palette.
